General privacy questions or requests can be sent using the contact information shown in the site footer when an email address is available.

What information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and the address where work would be performed.
  • Project details you provide (for example approximate size, timelines, notes, and photos of the spaces you’d like painted).
  • Limited technical information when you browse our website. We use Umami for privacy-focused, cookieless analytics; it does not use advertising cookies.
  • Information required to operate secure admin sessions if you are an authorized team member logging into our CMS.

Why we collect and use personal information

We collect personal information to respond to quote requests, schedule visits, deliver our painting services, communicate about your project, meet legal and regulatory obligations, improve our website, and where applicable send marketing emails only when you have opted in.

How we store and protect personal information

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS for data in transit, access controls on our systems, and hosting practices designed to restrict database and object storage access to trusted internal networks. Our production infrastructure is deployed with safeguards appropriate for the sensitivity of the information we process.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, typical business operations (including invoicing and warranty-related follow-ups), and legal requirements. Quote and customer records related to booked work are retained for a reasonable period after completion; you may ask us to delete information when retention is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Canadian privacy laws give you rights to access your personal information, request corrections where it is inaccurate, and in appropriate circumstances request deletion (“right to erasure”), subject to legal limits. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

Newsletters and CASL

If we offer marketing email, participation is optional and requires clear opt-in consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in marketing messages. Transactional messages related to a quote, visit, or payment are service communications and are sent as needed to fulfill your request.
